1000 Meter Row Challenge April • Normal Business Hours FSH METC Fitness Center During April, patrons can compete to row 1000 meters in the fastest time. All DOD ID cardholders, ages 18 years and older, who are not participating in an academic athletic association may participate in Intramural Sports.

Respectively, in a combined bench press, dead lift and squat challenge, men’s weight lifting goal is 1000 lbs and women’s weight lifting goal is 500 lbs. Prizes are awarded to the top lifters in each category. Registration is encouraged and can be completed at the METC Fitness Center. For more information, call (210) 808-5709.
