Ladies and gentlemen may try one or all triathlon events in the month of May. All events are free and open to all DOD ID cardholders. On May 8 and 9, start small with Triathlon #1 consisting of a 200-meter swim, 3-mile bike ride and 1-mile run. Take the next step May 15 and 16 with Triathlon #2 consisting of a 400-meter swim, 5-mile bike ride and a 2-mile run. Move up to Triathlon #3 on May 22 and 23 consisting of 500-meter swim, 10-mile bike ride and a 2.5-mile run. Take the giant leap with Triathlon #4 on May 29 and 30 consisting of 750 meter swim, 10-mile bike ride and a 5-mile run. The bike and run portions may be completed indoors or outdoors.
