Fitness Jump Start
Get a jump start on those fitness goals by participating in the daily fitness challenges. Pick up a tracking card at the METC Fitness Center Front Desk. Each day has a different challenge to complete. Complete a fitness class for two stamps, a 30-minute weight lifting session for one stamp, a 30-minute cardio session for one stamp and a bragging rights challenge for one stamp.
