Fitness Challenges @ METC
Eligible men and women compete in weekly challenges at the JBSA-Fort Sam Houston METC Fitness Center. Week one’s challenge is for most miles run or walked, Week two is most weight lifted, Week three is most push-ups completed. Week four is the most free throws made in two minutes.
