3D Archery Competition

The JBSA-Camp Bullis 3D Archery course located at the Rod-n-Gun Recreation Center consists of 30 life-like animal targets including bears, black panthers, deer and alligators. The targets are setup at various distances between 5 and 55 yards. Traditional long bows, recurve bows and compound bows are allowed on the course. Crossbows are not allowed. The RNGRC has recurve bows available to rent for $15 each. Registration for the Competition Shoot is from 8-10 a.m. Participants may start the course as soon as registered. Cost is $10 for E1-E4, active-duty or medically retired, $20 for ages 13 years and older. Registration for the Fun Shoot is from 8-11 a.m. Participants may start the course as soon as registered. The cost is $5 for E1-E4, active-duty or medically retired, $15 for ages 13 years and older and $5 for youth ages 12 and younger. For more information, call (210) 295-7577 or (210) 295-7529.
