1000-500 lb. Challenge at METC
Eligible men and women are welcomed to compete in a free lifting challenge hosted by METC Fitness Center. Respectively, in a combined bench press, deadlift and squat challenge, men’s weight lifting goal is 1000 lbs and women’s weight lifting goal is 500 lbs. Prizes are awarded to the top lifters in each category. Registration is encouraged and can be completed at the METC Fitness Center. For more information, call (210) 808-5709.
