100-Ton Club

Come out to the Rambler Fitness Center to try to join the 100 -Ton Club.

The Club consists of members who have lifted 100 tons or more in one day. That’s right; patrons must lift 100 tons of weight on any free-weight or plate-loaded machine in one day. The 100 tons are achieved by multiplying the amount of weight used for an exercise by the number of repetitions for that exercise. Giveaways are provided while supplies last.
